The Sanguine Canvas

Andrew is a hybrid, the son of a deer-like muntjack and a magical kirin. His life, though, is ordinary, even boring. He works, he sleeps, he eats, he does little else, caught in a maze of depression and grinding despair. When he is bitten by a vampire--and bites back!--though, his world will change.  In some ways for the better, in some ways for the worse.
